Do I receive all these member benefits for only $19.95 or $29.95 per month or are there other fees?
You receive all these great benefits for only $19.95 / $29.95 per month and there are no hidden fees! We have worked diligently to negotiated outstanding rates for our members.
Who provides the Great American Member benefits?
Great American establishes relationships with world-class service providers on behalf of members. Great American identifies Alliance Partners based on product/service quality, financial stability, management strength and integrity, business history and projected long-term stability before inviting them into the Network. Once chosen, Great American negotiates excellent rates for service for its' members.
Today, Great American Alliance Partners provide service for more than 1,500,000 individuals, families, small businesses and large corporations including: American Airlines, Pepsi, Hyatt Hotels, EDS (owned by Hewlett-Packard), Sonic and the US Naval Academy, to name a few.
I have not received my member identification number and login information, what do I do?
Please check to be sure you are able to receive email coming from: Support@GreatAmericanMember.com
Begin by checking your spam folder to see if email is not getting through, then mark email coming from these sources as "safe". If you are still not receiving communication from us, please submit a form and we will look into it for you.
I've misplaced my membership identification number, what do I do?
Go to login on the homepage and select the "Lost Your Password?" link and it will me emailed to you.
Is my email address to be used as my login?
Yes.
What happens if I want to discontinue my membership?
You may cancel at any time by going to the "My Account" link at top right and simply check the box asking to put your membership on hold. Your current paid month will run out and you will NOT be charged the following month. You will however lose access to all your benefits at the end of the billing cycle.
Can I enroll other people as members and receive credit?
